Founder + Editor in Chief
After graduating from UC Berkeley, I started a company that recruited and placed remarkable talent from top tier universities nationwide into startup companies in Silicon Valley. It became evident that there were new tactics and strategies that startups were adopting that were proving hugely successful. I founded Talentsocket to share the very best and proven strategies & tactics that successful thought-leaders use to build more productive, creative, and happy teams and companies. Moving HR from a compliance-centric backwater to the strategic headwaters.
