Today’s discussion is about active rest day, many do not like rest day because it’s addicted to gym and lifting weights, and it’s not productive to sleep or eat (which mostly ends with excess calories), due to the sense of unmoving and exercising .
So the question is.
Is it allowed to exercise again in the day off gym?
Will the body shrink, muscle not develop, catabolism? And all other details how?
I believe that you are just superfluous, meaning like this. I logically believe that the average blog reader is a student, student or office worker who is not too concerned with the aesthetic body-sharp detail like a bodybuilder, and most of us only have at most 1-2 hours per day to exercise.
And with your calculations exercise regularly per 5 days a week, if you feel it is still lacking. You can do active rest day.
That is the day where you keep exercising light like running, swimming, skateboard, play volly, cycling or just walking. (Chewing food does not include mild exercise).
Please enjoy Sunday to rest, and you can still use Saturday for other sports. Many sports or other activities that can add extra calorie burning or looking for new friends.
