Smith said the drinks as these can disrupt the balance of bacteria in your gut that play a major role in the regulation of body weight. Instead, drink mineral water and improve the taste with lemon flushed or frozen fruit.
4. Drink soda
Soda drinks manufactured with added sugar have lots of calories without nutrients. Dark-colored soda also contains phosphoric acid which reduces the amount of absorption of calcium for your body so that it can have an inherent risk of osteoporosis later in life.
5. Drink Coffee
Many beverages containing coffee sold and favored by people. Frappuccino is simply a pile of sugar-containing hundreds of empty calories. Try to drink a lot of coffee that does not taste like coffee, tea, cappuccino or skim milk without adding artificial coloring and artificial sweeteners.
6. Water is warm in the bottle
Heat can degrade plastic and experts fear it could cause the chemicals into the water. If you drink this contaminated water can interfere with hormones and increases the risk of cancer also reproductive problems.
